The CA12STW is our newest addition and was actually born during the two-year development of an FRFR Full Range, Flat Response guitar cabinet for guitarist using a modeling type unit such as a Kemper, AxeFx, Helix, etc…more about that on our FRFR page. This model is for those who want or need something with more output and more low frequency extension than our 10” CA10STW. Overall, it just sounds bigger! Like our other stage monitors, we chose a sealed enclosure to maintain a more precise and tighter sound without the potential port-chuffing associated with ported enclosures. Not to be passed by as another me-too wedge, it exists in its own special place as the more robust sibling of the 10” version. Same DNA, same bloodline, same incredible performance, but with overall “more bottom”. If you want bigger bottom, this one has it. Great as a bass guitar monitor, keyboard monitor, or anywhere you want a bigger yet tighter and more focused sound.
